Submissions for the inaugural edition have closed.

SUBMISSION PERIOD OPENS DECEMBER 8, 2019 AND ENDS FEBRUARY 29, 2020.

Our anthology seeks to tell the story of every community we can around the globe and how they’re dealing with the climate crisis. Those stories can be personal essays or creative non-fiction, but they should be telling the deeply human side of climate change. Real people all over the world are suffering, and these stories matter. No one knows what your community is going through better than you do.

Your story should focus on two fundamental questions:

“How has my community been affected by climate change?
What will it look like if things continue?”

What we’re not looking for are outlandish claims that fish fall from the sky or that a massive flood will wipe out your entire coastline within six months. Be realistic

Simultaneous submissions are accepted, but you are responsible for contacting us if your work is accepted elsewhere.
